Order Processing & Production

Most PREMIER items are made to order and individually prepared after purchase.

Please allow 3–5 business days for production and order processing, excluding weekends and holidays.

Ready-to-ship items may be processed sooner. Products requiring additional production time will have their estimated timelines noted in the product description.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Delivery times depend on your location, shipping carrier, and selected shipping method.

Please note: Production time and shipping transit time are separate. The 3–5 business day production window does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Shipping Delays

We strive to process all orders within our estimated production window. However, delays may occasionally occur due to high order volume, material availability, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you with an updated timeline.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us with your order number and relevant details.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution. Any refunds or replacements will be handled according to applicable law and our refund policy.
