PREMIER was born from a vision in the heart of downtown Chicago.

While studying graphic design at the American Academy of Art, our founder found inspiration one night sitting in his dorm room, overlooking the city. The towering buildings, bright lights, passing trains, and energy of Chicago sparked an idea that would eventually become something much bigger.

PREMIER.

A name inspired by the spotlight, the forefront, and the belief that greatness isn’t reserved for a select few. It’s something anyone can achieve with vision, determination, and the willingness to put everything into their craft.

At the heart of PREMIER is a simple philosophy: We’re all diamonds in the making.

Every diamond is different. Different shapes, sizes, textures, and imperfections. Some are buried beneath layers of dirt, others chipped and unpolished. But underneath it all, the potential for brilliance remains. It’s up to us to put in the work, embrace the process, and polish ourselves into everything we’re capable of becoming.

That belief became the foundation of PREMIER.

What began as sketches in a college dorm room soon evolved into a deeper passion. When the pandemic interrupted college and financial circumstances changed the path forward, the vision didn’t disappear. It became the motivation to work harder.

From long shifts at Avis and working in hospitality to investing in a heat press, learning production, sourcing materials, and studying influential creatives like Virgil Abloh, every step became part of building PREMIER from the ground up.

For our founder, art has never been just a hobby. It’s a gift, a way of thinking, and an endless outlet for imagination. Every design begins with creativity and the refusal to let that gift go to waste.

PREMIER is the canvas. Clothing is the medium. The vision is limitless.

We create for the individuals who refuse to be defined by their circumstances. The dreamers, the creators, the ones still polishing their potential and working toward their own version of greatness.
